Who does the work?

Every issue is reported and drafted with AI agents, under a human editor. Jess assigns the work, edits it and publishes it. The mistakes are ours, and corrections run in the next issue.

What can you inspect today?

The newspaper links its sources and separates Jess’s Take from its reporting. The legal Registry marks verification per row. A linked document is evidence you can inspect, not proof that every statement about it is correct.

What does verification mean?

We do not attach a “human verified” label to a story simply because it has a human editor. A claim-level label needs a reviewer, the checked claim, a primary document, and a check date.

Source linked. A document is named and linked. Check that it actually supports the claim.

Registry verification. The Registry reports a status for that specific extraction. It is not a site-wide guarantee.

Jess’s Take. The publisher’s opinion and interpretation, distinguished from reporting.

Correction. A change to an earlier factual claim. It must identify the original issue and the change.
